How we verify prices
- Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, which we link next to the price with the date we checked it.
- We record the annual-billing price where the vendor shows one, and note the monthly price when we saw it.
- We use list prices. Short-term promos (for example "50% off for 3 months") are mentioned but not used in the math.
- If a page didn't load, or didn't clearly show a price or billing period, we mark it UNVERIFIED or describe exactly what we couldn't confirm. We don't guess.
- Prices are in USD unless the vendor only showed another currency (we say so).
- This release: 107 plans checked, 99 on Oct 14, 2026 and 8 on Oct 13, 2026.
How we calculate savings
- Annual cost = price per user per month × users × 12, or flat monthly price × 12 for plans not priced per seat. Seat minimums and maximums are applied.
- Savings = current annual cost − alternative annual cost. Every savings figure shows its math.
- We exclude taxes, usage fees (AI resolutions, SMS, extra contacts), hosting for self-hosted tools, and switching time. See when NOT to switch.
Rankings and editorial independence
- Rankings are editorial picks based on price, fit for 5-50 person teams, and switching effort. They aren't lab tests or user reviews.
- No vendor can pay to be included or to rank higher. Affiliate relationships, if we add them, will never change rankings or price data.
- We don't publish invented statistics, reviews, testimonials or user counts. When we quote a vendor's claim, we label it as the vendor's claim.
Affiliate disclosure
We fund this site through affiliate programs: if you click a "Try" or "Visit site" link and later buy, the vendor may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. As of Oct 14, 2026, no affiliate links are active yet. We are applying to programs, and approved links will switch over without a separate notice on each page, so assume any outbound tool link may be one.
Commissions never affect rankings, prices or what we recommend. We rank by verified price, fit for 5-50 person teams and switching effort, and we recommend free and open-source tools that pay us nothing. All outbound tool links go through /go/ so we can count clicks (see the privacy policy). Price-source links go straight to the vendor.
Corrections
Prices change often. If you spot an outdated price or a mistake, email hello@saasswapper.com with the page and the vendor link, and we'll re-check it.
