How the audit works
- Annual cost = monthly price × seats × 12 for per-user plans, or the flat monthly price × 12 for plans priced per account. Seat minimums and maximums are applied; a plan only counts if it covers your seat count.
- Prices are list prices from each vendor's pricing page (annual-billing price where the vendor shows one), checked on the date shown next to each one. Promotions, taxes, usage fees (AI resolutions, SMS, extra contacts) and hosting for self-hosted tools are excluded.
- Email marketing prices are the 0-500 contact tier; accounting is priced per company.
- Savings are estimates. Migration difficulty ratings are our editorial judgment from each replace guide. Read when NOT to switch before you move.
- Nothing you enter is sent to our servers. The share link stores your choices in the URL.
